Since its foundation, Senzoku Gakuen has aimed at nurturing people to be rich in creativity and human qualities. It strives to always provide the ideal environment for those who have the desire to learn.
Staying true to the “Keep your dreams lofty, but be humble in your actions” spirit expressed by founder Wakao Maeda, Senzoku Gakuen provides an education that emphasizes nurturing people to be rich in human qualities, rather than simply acquiring knowledge or technical skills in specialized fields. Becoming rich in human qualities enables each person to find a purpose in life, and take personal responsibility for developing the ability to live life to its fullest by exerting every measure of one’s personal nature and creativity. The first thing that must be done is to get to know yourself by asking yourself such questions as “What do I want to do?” or “How do I want to live my life?” To help you find the answers to such questions, Senzoku Gakuen has established an environment in which you can have various experiences, encounter other people, and greatly expand your perspective. Senzoku Gakuen will continue to nurture students to enable them to find their true objectives and help them find themselves, and live their lives standing firmly on their own two feet.

The objective of the College is to foster a love of music and nurture rich human qualities in the students. Here, each student studies a broad range of subjects concerned with music overall, as well as in-depth studies of a personal specialized field. The College offers its own original, extensive curriculum, which includes “Concert Planning, Playing and Management,” a required course that places a strong emphasis on performing. Educational activities are carried out in well-equipped facilities, with professional musicians who are active in the forefront of their field taking on the role of instructors. The College offers four-year undergraduate programs in the Faculty, two-year Masters of Arts programs, and One-year Postgraduate programs.

The objective of the Department of Early Childhood Education & Care is to develop and foster kindergarten teachers and childcare workers who will strive to bring true happiness to children. In order to realize this, the Department has developed a curriculum that includes an extensive range of practical classes emphasizing practical training, in addition to theoretical studies of the characteristics of childhood development and the principles of child guidance. This two-year program emphasizes the fostering of human qualities in students to enable them to nurture the “heart” of children based on the love for and understanding of children.
