More than 100 practice rooms furnished with the latest equipment are housed in Building No. 4 alone. The acoustic design of all of the practice rooms, which are equipped with air conditioning and a humidifier, takes into account the particular characteristics of each musical instrument, and provides excellent sound proofing and sound absorption. Furthermore, in order to ensure security and safety, full-time security staff regularly patrol the premises.

Practice Rooms
The practice rooms are available from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. The best thing about these rooms is that students are free to practice whenever they feel the need to do so, whether it’s before their first class, between classes, or after school.

The soundproof door prevents any sound from out in the corridor or the adjacent rooms from leaking into the room, making it possible to concentrate on practicing.

In order to prepare for the “Concert Planning, Playing and Management” course, students use the rooms as a place to practice their independent performance activities projects.
